Lily & Tyler Casper Mountain Elopement

I had the honor of capturing the most beautiful elopement on Casper Mountain. It was cold, to say the least, and it snowed the whole time. I was so concerned for how Lily was going to take it. She got out of the truck and was so happy and excited! One of the first things she said was that it was exactly what she wanted. She wanted the winter wonderland and frosty trees. I was so happy that she was happy and it ended up being the perfect day!

When you look at that first picture, the snow doesn't look too deep at all. Well looks are deceiving! It was super deep in spots and some spots you would sink right down and some you could walk on the top. It was a bit of a trek to get to the first look location, but Lily was a trooper and just hiked her dress up and didn't complain once. If you look super close at the second and third photo you can see her groom waiting in the distance!

After the super sweet first look we headed to Sunburst Lodge for the ceremony. I loved how it was just Lily and Tyler, their daughters and a couple super close friends. It was so intimate and full of love.

Once the ceremony was over we had time for some more photos before dark. We could only be outside for a few minutes at a time and we didn't get any golden hour light, but it was so pretty with the snow coming down and all the snowy trees in the background.
