Mr. & Mrs. Rabe - Maple Creek Wedding

I was so honored to be asked to capture this beautiful wedding! It may have had less guests than they were initially hoping for but it was intimate and sweet and full of love. There were tears, laughter and so many smiles. They are such a sweet couple and they have the kindest family. Their wedding party was so much fun (you'll be able to tell from some of the pictures!)

I have many favorite parts of the day but one that most definitely stands out are the grandparent dances. They were so incredibly sweet and I don't think anyone had a dry eye (including myself!)

Their day was very warm for October and super, super windy. We were very lucky to find one spot in Cypress Hills that had basically no wind at all! Once we got into the big trees, you'd never know it was a windy day! I'm not sure everyone was super grateful for that no wind spot though. On our walk to it a super long snake slithered across the road which startled us to say the least! haha It was definitely a first for me seeing a snake at Cypress!
